Approach
While every project is unique, we use a similar process to ensure your goals are met.
1. Listen
You know your business better than we do. In this phase, we’ll ask you questions like:
What makes you unique?
Why do you get hired?
Where is the firm headed?
What does a successful outcome look like with regard to what we are creating?
What marketing channels are successful for you?
2. Plan
Based on what you share with us in phase 1, we develop a strategy that will drive the creative solutions. We deliver this in the form of a creative brief. A creative brief is simply a 1-page document that outlines Tasks & Goals, Positioning, Target Audience, Desired Response, Brand Personality and Scope.
3. Create
Quantity breeds quality. We come up with a lot of creative solutions in this critical phase.
4. Refine
We take the best ideas from phase 3 and refine them into some form of prototype that we present to you with a recommendation.
5. Deliver
This is where we present the design concepts to you. You may approve them on the spot, or we may need to return to phase 4 based on your input.
6. Measure
After the project gets delivered and implemented, we examine it’s effectiveness. This means returning to the creative brief which outlined what success looks like. This measurement phase let’s us know what is working and which improvements need to be made for version 2.0.
